Great rooms. No free breakfast, parking fee. Good location if you don't want to be right downtown. There are chain restaurants and stores close.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and were greeted with a smile by Divine at the concierge. She was very pleasant and professional and helped us check-in in no time. Definitely recommend the hotel. 10/10 for the hospitality!

From the moment we arrived, I was greeted with an exceptional level of hospitality that is all too rare in today's fast-paced world. The service provided by your front desk staff—Tim, Nicholas, and Fabian—was particularly noteworthy. Their genuine warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism exceeded all my expectations. A highlight of my stay was the thoughtful gesture of being presented with a glass of champagne upon arrival, a welcome touch that made us feel truly valued as a guest. It is clear that these gentlemen are invaluable assets to your hotel, and their dedication to providing outstanding service significantly enhanced my overall experience. I believe they are deserving of both recognition and reward, and I sincerely hope the management considers offering them raises and opportunities for further professional growth. Additionally, hiring more individuals with their level of commitment and friendliness would undoubtedly elevate the guest experience even further. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel's peaceful and beautiful atmosphere provided a perfect retreat, allowing us to relax and enjoy the unique charm that Charlotte has to offer, far removed from the impersonal nature of large chain hotels. My boyfriend Michael Taylor enjoys so many lunches there with me there. And romantic times the bedrooms are very elegant and comfortable! I highly recommend

The hotel is nice and clean with 2 eateries. Service is excellent and the staff is welcoming. Kudos to Patricia such an amazing woman and hard worker. I enjoyed my stay immensely

If I could give 6 stars I would because this is one of the few Marriott properties which has high flow shower heads! Most properties at this pint have switched to these terrible water saving shower heads. If you enjoy a good shower and need to be in uptown this is your place!

Beautiful building with great amenities! Quick walk to downtown and awesome customer service! Shout out to Ron, he was extremely helpful assisting us with finding a place to eat late night after a show. My wife and I were very pleased.

The hotel was very comfy, pleasant and the staff is very friendly. However, there were a few concerning parts of the experience. A fire alarm went off one night while I was there. People on the 9th floor and above didn't hear any alarm. One group I spoke with took the stairs down and ended up lost in the basement due to a lack of signage. Thankfully, they ran into some hotel employees who asked why they were down there, and then escorted the group out through the loading dock. Another person from our conference got stuck in the elevator, and a 2nd elevator wasn't functioning the entire 4 days I was there.
